Thank you for helping make our first annual “Sienna’s Walk” a success! Filling out this form will help us to better organize our vendor tables!! Since this is our first annual event, we will not be charging a “vendors fee” but invite you to make a donation if that is something that you are able to do at this time. We hope Sienna’s Walk can help bring further success to your business!
